Bridges connect the disconnected…and life today is very disconnected. Busyness, technology, and the self-obsessed world around us can keep us disconnected from God and from each other! Sometimes it’s even easier to text people in the same building…or even your own home! God has given us at Community Christian Church the desire to be a bridge connecting you to the life God desires for you.
We want you to experience three bridges that God has built for us:
Believe in Jesus Christ – Faith is the bridge that connects us with God. We place our trust in the God who created all things and who rescues us from sin by the blood that Jesus Christ shed.
Become His Disciple – Faith in Jesus makes us a new creation! This bridge connects our life to a path of growing in our knowledge of God and putting it in to practice.
Belong to His Community – The last bridge connects us to the people of God – His Church! When you belong to a community, you have a world of support and encouragement. Together, the church changes the world as we serve others and make disciples.

“What must I do to be saved?”

Acts 16:30-31
A relationship with God begins with believing all that He has promised and done for us. God’s greatest promise was to deliver us from sin and save us from the power of death. This was accomplished when Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was born on earth. He was crucified for our sin, buried in a tomb, and raised to new life after three days! When we trust in Jesus Christ, His victory becomes our victory!
Jesus said, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it.
Luke 9:23-24
Jesus meets us exactly where we are and changes us to be more and more like Him. Jesus calls His followers disciples, and you are invited to become a disciple of Jesus. We follow Jesus by learning who He is and how He lived. We read the Bible and pray. We live with the love and joy Jesus gives us!
All those who believed were of one heart and soul, and no one said that any of the things that belonged to him was his own, but they had everything in common. And with great power the apostles were giving their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all.
Acts 4:32-33
Life isn’t meant to be lived alone. Everybody needs help, friendship, and encouragement. Every family needs other families to gather with for fun, connection, and support. Belong to His Community at CCC!
